Passenger Vessel

Solar-electric passenger craft for quiet, zero-emission inland mobility.

Overview

Built for the job, not the brochure

Our green mobility programme asks a different question from the rest of the range: not what is under the water, but who is travelling across it. Inland passenger transport on India’s lakes, rivers and backwaters still runs largely on diesel — noisy, polluting, and unpleasant on exactly the waters people travel to enjoy. A solar-electric craft changes that.

This vessel is shown as a design concept developed with our marine design partners. Specifications are indicative and confirmed per project.

Configurations vary by payload, water body and survey requirement. Tell us your site and we will send the specification that actually applies to it.

Why It Works

What this platform is good at

Zero emissions at the point of use

Electric propulsion removes exhaust and fuel spill from the water body the route depends on.

Quiet enough to change the trip

Without an engine note, wildlife stays put and passengers can actually hold a conversation.

Lower running cost

Fewer moving parts and no fuel bill materially reduce the cost of operating a route.

Designed around the passenger

Layout, sightlines and comfort are treated as design problems, not as leftovers from the machinery arrangement.

See it on your own water

We run demonstrations on the customer’s own site so you can judge the platform against the conditions you actually work in.
