Built for the job, not the brochure
The Aqua-Canoe keeps the shape that makes a canoe pleasant — a streamlined hull that cuts cleanly and takes three people — and removes the part that makes it hard work. An electric motor and thrusters take over whenever the paddling stops, with acceleration on a foot pedal and steering by hand, so the first seat drives while the other two simply ride. The oars stay aboard, so the craft never depends on the battery to get home.

Differential thrust for tight turns
Powerful thrusters steer differentially, so the canoe manoeuvres in close quarters instead of needing open water to come about.

Electric drive means no engine noise and no fuel on board — which is the whole point on a reservoir at sunset.
